What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean covers the regular upkeep areas — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and surfaces. A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean plus the spots that get missed in day-to-day cleaning: baseboards, inside appliances, ceiling fans, and other build-up areas. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — you don't need to be home. We just ask that you provide clear entry instructions (a lockbox code, door code, key location, etc.) before the cleaning. If we're unable to access the property at the scheduled time, we'll have to leave and the cancellation fee applies, so accurate entry details in advance help us avoid that.

Are your cleaners background checked?

We offer a Happiness Guarantee — if something wasn't done to your satisfaction, we'll come back and re-clean it within 24 hours of your original appointment, or refund your money.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at 50% of the service cost. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer that time slot to another customer.

Yes. Homes with indoor pets do carry an additional fee, since pet hair, dander, and odor add time and require extra attention during the clean.
